Terms of Service
The deal
DishCost is a software-as-a-service product operated by DishCost Pty Ltd (ACN to be advised), an Australian company. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
What you can do
You can use DishCost to manage food cost and recipe data for the hospitality businesses you operate. You won't reverse-engineer the service, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use it to spam, mislead, or break the law.
Payment and billing
DishCost is available as a one-time lifetime purchase in AUD, GST inclusive. We process payments through Stripe. Once purchased, you have permanent access to all features with no recurring fees.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
No warranties for fitness
DishCost is provided "as is". We do our best to be accurate, but you remain responsible for menu pricing decisions you make based on output from the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
